Electrical Engineering and Computer
Information Systems. He founded SECTORi QAS and
eFactor in 1996. He brings
extensive business experience to the team. He has
designed several large scale database driven
applications and software products
across many platforms. He is very interested in cutting edge internet

Matt Alvey,
Marketing Partner
Matt a graduate of Arizona State University major in
Sociology and Communications. He has worked with SECTORi since
August 1999. Matt brings a creative business approach
